Job Description

The Geotechnical Engineer will be based in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, India. The candidate will work on, including but not limited to, review of Geotechnical and other technical reports, understand the soil conditions, foundation design, evaluate the mix design of concrete, value engineering, and various other engineering tasks, to support project quoting and execution phases.

Your role entails

• Must have experience in geotechnical report writing.
• Perform various laboratory tests on soil, rock and handling technical aspects of Geotechnical Laboratory.
• Excellent verbal and written skills in English language.
• Supervise, support, mentor and train team members including junior engineers.
• Check quality and content of engineering deliverables with regard to geotechnical aspects.
• Shall ha research orientation towards geotechnical problem solving
• Perform experimental testing on small scale models (knowledge of numerical softwares like PLAXIS & ABAQUS is preferred)
• Assist in research paper publications through Result analysis and draft preparations 

Business Development Manager will be responsible for supervising and organizing company’s sales team, identifying new business opportunities, developing strategies for growth, and building strong relationships with potential and existing clients. The candidate should have evidence of lead generation and maintaining healthy sales pipelines and should be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

1. Developing a business development strategy and arranging business development meetings with prospective clients.
2. Build relationships with prospective clients through email campaigns, phone calls, social media reach outs and networking.
3. Promote the company’s products/services addressing client’s objectives and build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
4. Develop goals for the development team and business growth and ensure they are met within the stipulated time.
5. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new trends and business opportunities.
6. Participate and present at Industry Events and Expos.

Solid understanding of geotechnical engineering principles, soil mechanics, and foundation engineering.

Experience conducting geotechnical field investigations, performing laboratory tests, and analyzing data.

Proficiency in using geotechnical software and tools for analysis and design.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to apply engineering concepts to real-world scenarios.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and clients.

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Knowledge of relevant industry codes, standards, and regulations.

Physical fitness and willingness to work in outdoor and sometimes challenging environments.
